As most organizations outsource the meat of a Microsoft Business Applications project to 3rd party vendors. It’s crucial for them to understand exactly what is being delivered at handover time to be confident that the changes they make in the future will happily coexist with what has been delivered by the external vendor.
The risks associated with this common challenge can be mitigated with the right advice and insight into the 'how it was done' and not just the 'what was done' at handover time.
