This course is designed for experienced IT professionals, providing an insight into the required skills to manage, support and deploy solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
Attendees of this course will gain an in-depth understanding of the methodologies to create a customer organizational structure, learn how deploy and administer a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environment, integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications such as SharePoint and Exchange, and integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Dynamics 365 mobile apps.

Prerequisites
Students should have an existing working knowledge of either Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a minimum, students should attend the prerequisite course ‘Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics 365’.
This course is intended for Technical students, Administrators and Developers. Students should have an existing working knowledge of Microsoft .Net and Visual Studio.
At Course Completion
After completing this course, students will be able to:
- Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 client devices, including the required hardware, software, phone and tablet environments.
- Analyze the needs of an organization, create a deployment plan and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific organization considerations
- Design a data import plan and methodology. Perform a data import and manage data migrations with the Data Loader service.
- Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 subscriptions, users, security roles and hybrid environments with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Deploy, configure and manage multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 instances including Sandbox and Production.
- Manage updates to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment using an update policy.
- Learn how to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive and OneNote. Manage Microsoft Social Engagement integration, Yammer integration, workspace collaboration with Office 365 Groups, and Delve integration.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with third party custom applications and create custom Apps using App Designer, App Source and Power Apps
